Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on skincuralb.com ("Skincura", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who can order

We sell to customers in Lebanon and deliver only to addresses in Lebanon.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetic and personal-care products sold in their original manufacturer packaging. Product descriptions, ingredients and directions come from the manufacturer. Always read the label, follow the directions for use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the product price only. Delivery is added at checkout: $3, or free on orders of $30 and over. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders and confirmation

After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before sending it. An order is accepted once we have confirmed it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it. If we cancel, you pay nothing.

5. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, in US dollars, to our courier.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659 of 2005.

8. Accounts and personal information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address and phone number you give us. We use your information as described in our Privacy policy.
