Melaclear is ISDIN's dark spot correcting serum with 1.8% tranexamic acid. It reduces the amount and size of existing dark spots to unify overall skin tone, and promotes skin renewal for more luminosity and a balanced tone with long-lasting results. It also boosts hydration and reinforces the skin's barrier function.
Tranexamic acid works with niacinamide and an exfoliating blend of salicylic, mandelic and phytic acids. It is applied morning and evening to the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eyes, with sunscreen every day. ISDIN recommends using it for at least three months, and it suits all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How to use
Apply two pumps morning and evening to clean, dry skin on the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eyes. Use a sunscreen every day; ISDIN recommends at least three months of use.
Results
Melanin reduced by 71% (laboratory study on reconstructed skin, 9 days). 93% saw fewer spots, 93% more even skin and 97% no new spots (usage test with dermatological evaluation, 30 women with mild to moderate hyperpigmentation, twice daily for 3 months).
