Lazartigue Sérum d'Exception Heat-Protecting Hair Serum

A lightweight, silicone-free serum with chia seed extract and marula oil that protects hair from heat up to 230°C, hydrates the lengths and seals split ends.

Sérum d'Exception is Lazartigue's heat-protecting serum for all hair types, made for use before blow-drying or hot styling tools. ThermoShield Premium, derived from chia seed extract, helps keep water inside the hair fibre and forms a protective barrier on the outside, shielding hair from heat up to 230°C. Marula oil, rich in omega-9 and antioxidants, nourishes and protects against dehydration, while an active derived from a legume seed (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) seals split ends.

The ultra-melting texture is light, non-greasy and non-sticky, soaks straight into the fibre and leaves a delicate orange blossom scent. Silicone-free, mineral oil-free and vegan, with 97% ingredients of natural origin.

How to use

Use as often as needed: put one or two pipettes in your hands and apply evenly over the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp, either on damp, towel-dried hair before blow-drying or on dry hair before hot styling tools. Massage into the lengths, then comb or brush through to distribute evenly.

Results

Protects hair against heat damage up to 230°C (instrumental test). After 21 days, 100% said hair was hydrated and nourished, 90% said it was shiny and 86% said it felt silky without being weighed down (self-assessment, 22 volunteers, used at least 2–3 times a week).
