Hidraderm TRX Gel Cream is the combination-skin moisturiser of Sesderma's Hidraderm line, labelled clarifying and moisturising on the pack. It pairs intense, multi-layer hydration with lightening actives that reduce the intensity of dark spots and even out skin tone, while keeping the skin barrier in good condition.

The formula uses Sesderma's Nanotech liposomes of tranexamic acid, 4-butylresorcinol, curcumin (tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane), hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, and delivers antioxidant properties. The gel-cream texture is lightweight and fast-absorbing, suited to combination and oily skin, and leaves skin hydrated, more even in tone and visibly smoother in texture.
